Linklease Finance PLC – Coupon Payment Announcement – 19th September 2023 – Linklease Finance PLC 9.00% USD Bonds due 2023
Linklease is pleased to announce that it has paid, in full and on time, the coupon due to bondholders on 15th June 2023, which was the first semi-annual coupon payment for these bonds.The next coupon payment is due on 15th December 2023.
Linklease is pleased to announce that it has paid, in full and on time, the coupon due to bondholders on 19th September 2023, under its secured Medium-Term Note Bond Programme.
This is Linklease’s eighteenth coupon payment from these Bonds. The next coupon payment is due on 19th December 2023. In total, the Linklease’s four offerings (issued in December 2018, July 2020, October 2021 and December 2022 respectively) – have paid 28 coupons to date.
