Linklease Finance PLC – Coupon Payment Announcement – 17th January 2021
Linklease Finance PLC 9.00% GBP 2020-LL2 Bonds due 2025
The Issuer is pleased to announce that it has paid, in full and on time, the coupon due to bondholders on 15th January 2022.
This is the Issuer’s third semi-annual coupon payment for these Bonds – issued under its existing secured Medium Term Note Bond Programme. The next coupon payment is due on 15th July 2022.
Linklease’s first series of Bonds (Linklease Finance PLC 9.00% USD 2018-LL1 Bonds due 2023 (ISIN: GB00BGWL1326)) were issued in December 2018 and have also fully paid their first eleven coupons – further demonstrating the cashflow in the Linklease business model and programme.
