Linklease Finance PLC – Coupon Payment Announcement – 20th December 2021
Linklease Finance PLC 9.00% Bonds due 2023
The Issuer is pleased to announce that it has paid, in full and on time, the coupon due to bondholders on 19th December 2021, under its secured Medium-Term Note Bond Programme.
This is the Issuer’s eleventh coupon payment from these Bonds and there remains the opportunity to invest in this series, which matures in December 2023. The next coupon payment is due on 19th March 2022.
Linklease’s sustained success in the equipment asset and leasing sector has been recognized yet again, with Capital Finance International (“CFI”) presenting Linklease with the award of Most Innovative SME Equipment Leasing Solutions (UAE) – for the third consecutive year (2019, 2020 and 2021). The CFI judges said “Linklease strives to close the financing gap for SMEs with equipment leasing solutions that free-up cashflow, enhance operations and unlock growth”.
The Bonds are listed on the Cayman Stock Exchange and are admitted to trading on the Frankfurt Open Market.
